Welcome to The Prophet Daniel’s Report. This is Daniel Whyte III here to remind you that Jesus Christ is coming back soon and that you need to be prepared. This broadcast is not about predictions, however it is all about preparation.
First, today, let’s look at some Signs of His Coming in the news.
The disciples asked Jesus in Matthew 24:3, “What shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” Jesus Christ then went on to give them (and us) clear signs that show us when we can begin to expect to see the coming of the Lord and the end of the world. Looking at world events through the lens of the Word of God, let’s look at some headlines from today’s news that point to the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Islamic extremists are attacking Christians in South Asia. According to the Christian Post, reports of Islamic extremists attacking people of others faiths in India and Pakistan have been growing in recent years, resulting in beatings and even beheadings. On March 30, in a Christian church in the West Bengal state of India, a 65-year-old widow was beaten after Islamist extremists forced their way into the church. The 11 or so members of the church were attacked simply for gathering and worshipping Christ, and the Islamists called them “pagans” as they continuously kicked and beat them. The religious persecution is reportedly just as bad in neighboring Pakistan, where Christians are targeted even by government authorities. Currently, a Christian mother of five, Asia Bibi, is on death row for allegedly blaspheming the name of the prophet Muhammad two years ago, an accusation filed by co-workers at a field she was working on.
John 15:18-20 says, “Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.”
On Holocaust Remembrance Day, Netanyahu says Israel is obligated to prevent a nuclear-armed Iran. According to the Jerusalem Post, at a Yad Vash-em ceremony marking Holocaust Remembrance Day, Netanyahu pushed back against critics saying he should not draw parallels between Iran and the Holocaust. He said it is the world’s duty to keep Iran from acquiring nuclear arms, but first and foremost it is Israel’s obligation. In a speech that dealt heavily with Iran, Netanyahu said the obligation Israel must take from the Holocaust is not only to remember the past, “but to learn the lessons and more importantly to implement those lessons to ensure the future of our people.”
The Bible says in Matthew 24:6, “And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”
19 million people prepare to evacuate as Mexican volcano threatens to erupt. According to the Christian Post, the Po-po-ca-te-pet-l volcano is making movement and threatening to erupt, causing Mexican officials to raise the alert level from yellow phase three to yellow phase two.The volcano has already begun spewing red-hot bits of rock, and its opening has expanded. These are signs that the volcano, still quite active, could soon erupt. In a statement by Mexico’s National Center for Disaster Prevention, the volcano could produce “moderate exhalations, some with ash, as well as sporadic low to moderate explosions with likely burning fragments, and flaming magma within the crater.” Residents and tourists have been advised to remain at least seven miles away from the volcano’s base, lest magma or hot rock injure anyone. Mexico has been experiencing natural disasters with increasing frequency.

Now, it’s time for Prophecy Bootcamp.
Prophecy Bootcamp is where we deal with the basics of prophecy and what will happen in the future according to the Bible. Our aim here is not to make predictions but to help you get prepared by understanding how things will unfold in the end times.
Out topic for today is titled “The Crowns that Christ Will Give” from John MacArthur’s book “The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.” MacArthur writes the following on this subject.
I Corinthians 3:14-15 says: “If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.”
For some people, the Judgment Seat of Christ will be a day of wonderful rewards. The Bible talks about five crowns, each one a separate reward for true faithfulness.
1. The first crown is the Incorruptible Crown which is mentioned in I Corinthians 9:25-27: This is given to those who were faithful to Scripture — those who obeyed the Lord’s commands and endured self-sacrifice for the sake of holiness.
2. The second crown is the Crown of Righteousness which is mentioned in II Timothy 4:8. This crown is given to all those who “love His appearing”. In other words, those who are so in love with Jesus that their whole life revolves around His return.
3. The third crown is the Crown of Rejoicing which is mentioned in I Thessalonians 2:19-20. This is the soul-winner’s crown. It is given to those who have any part in the salvation of a soul.
4. The fourth crown is the Crown of Glory which is mentioned in I Peter 5:1-4. This is the shepherd’s crown. It is given to all those who shared in the ministry of shepherding the flock of God such as elders, pastors, and teachers.
5. The fifth crown is the Crown of Life which is mentioned in James 1:12. This crown is given to those who went through persecutions and trials, even to the point of martyrdom for Jesus’ sake.
Now what do we do with these crowns? Do we just store them in some cosmic closet? No. We cast them at the feet of Jesus like the 24 elders did in Revelation 4:10. What a blessed day that will be.
In closing, let’s consider what God wants you and I to do in light of His Second Coming.
God wants us to share the message of the Gospel with those around us. In light of that, we are at the third and final part of our series titled ‘Sharing Your Faith in the Workplace’.
According to S. Michael Houdmann:
How do we go about sharing our faith in the workplace? First, there is the “quiet” testimony—the one that speaks volumes with no words at all. It involves being a loyal and faithful employee, not bad-mouthing our employers or our co-workers. No one works with a perfect boss or perfect colleagues, but if we work with the attitude outlined in Colossians 3:23, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men,” we will bring honor to God by doing all things for Him, the only truly perfect Boss. When we are working for the Lord, our ability to handle on-the-job stress and treat others with kindness and patience will make us stand out among our co-workers. When others notice our attitudes, they will invariably comment on it, giving us the opportunity to explain whom we really serve and how He has impacted our lives. In other words, sometimes we need to “walk the walk” in order to get the opportunity to “talk the talk.”

CLOSING PRAYER
…….
Now, if you are listening to this broadcast and you do not know Jesus Christ as your saviour, God wants you to accept Jesus Christ before He returns. The Bible says in Romans 10:9 and 13: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Friend of mine, if you are willing to trust Christ as your Savior today, please pray with me the following prayer: Heavenly Father, I realize that I am a sinner. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please forgive me of my sins. I now believe with all of my heart that Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life. Amen.
Remember the words of the Lord in Matthew 24:42: “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.”
Matthew 24:44 says, “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.”
Keep looking up for your redemption draweth nigh. Let us join in the prayer of John the Revelator — “Even so, come, Lord Jesus.” God bless you.
