Welcome to The Prophet Daniel’s Report. This is Daniel Whyte III here to remind you that Jesus Christ is coming back soon and that you need to be prepared. This broadcast is not about predictions, however it is all about preparation.
First, today, let’s look at some Signs of His Coming in the news.
The disciples asked Jesus in Matthew 24:3, “What shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” Jesus Christ then went on to give them (and us) clear signs that show us when we can begin to expect to see the coming of the Lord and the end of the world. Looking at world events through the lens of the Word of God, let’s look at some headlines from today’s news that point to the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ahead of nuclear talks, Iran vows never to halt uranium enrichment. According to Haaretz, an Iranian envoy voicing hopes that talks with the UN nuclear watchdog in mid-May would help resolve “outstanding issues”, insisted that Iran would never halt its uranium enrichment program. The International Atomic Energy Agency said it would resume discussions with Iran on May 14-15 — more than two months after the last meeting over concerns about Tehran’s atomic activities ended in failure. Iran’s ambassador to the Vienna-based IAEA, Ali Sol-tan-ieh said “We hope that this will be a very constructive and successful meeting.” However, the ambassador added that Iran “will never stop enrichment activities in Iran,” describing it as an inalienable right.
Leading candidate in Egypt presidential race calls Israeli peace accord ‘dead and buried’. According to Haaretz, the leading candidate in Egypt’s presidential race said on Sunday that the Camp David Accords should be consigned to the shelves of history, describing the agreement as “dead and buried.” At a mass rally in southern Egypt, Amr Mou-ssa, who is currently ahead in Egypt’s race for president, spoke of the peace agreement between Israel and Egypt, saying that “the Camp David Accords are a historical document whose place is on the shelves of history, as its articles talk about the fact that the aim of the agreement is to establish an independent Palestinian state.” Mou-ssa went on to say that there is “no such thing” as the Camp David agreement.
Anti-Christian and Anti-Jewish sentiment is on the rise in Malaysia. According to the Gatestone Institute, an anti-Semitic sermon prepared and distributed by the Malaysian Federal Territory Islamic Affairs Department was aired on March 30 in all the mosques of the capital city, Ku-ala Lum-pur. The sermon called hearers “to understand that Jews are the main enemy to Muslims as proven by their egotistical behavior and murders performed by them.” The media outlet Malaysian Insider reported the sermon also called on community leaders to understand the importance of Jerusalem for Muslims. Malaysia, however, does not seem to have problems only with Jews, but also with Christians, who form 9.2% of the country’s 28.3 million population. The day after the anti-Semitic speech was played in Malaysian mosques, an officially sanctioned state seminar was organized, entitled “Strengthening the Faith, the Dangers of Liberalism and Pluralism and the Threat of Christianity towards Muslims. What is the Role of Teachers?”. The seminar was convened by the Education Department and the Mufti Department of Johor, a Malaysian state in the south. A popular Malaysian blog, Malaysia Today, also published an alarming article decrying the fact that Christianity had become the ‘enemy of the state’.

Now, it’s time for Prophecy Bootcamp.
Prophecy Bootcamp is where we deal with the basics of prophecy and what will happen in the future according to the Bible. Our aim here is not to make predictions but to help you get prepared by understanding how things will unfold in the end times.
Our topic for today is titled “God’s Promises Regarding the Second Coming (Part 2)” from John MacArthur’s book “The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.” Today we will look at two more passages which show that God has promised Jesus Christ will return.
The first passage we will look at is Isaiah 9:6-7: “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given…” Did this happen? Yes, this happened the first time Jesus Christ came. Verse 6 continues, “and the government shall be upon his shoulder…” Did that happen the first time he came? No. Verse 7 says, “Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David…” The first time Jesus came, did he sit upon the throne of David? No, they crucified him as a criminal. But the second time he comes, “…there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever.”
The first time Jesus came, did He bring peace? No. He said in Matthew 10:34: “Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.” Christ is the cause of divided families and severed relationships because some come to him and some do not. Does He have the government of the world yet? No, Satan is still the prince of this world. Is He seated on the throne of David? No. When will this occur? In Matthew 25:31 it says this: “When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory.” This happens at the Second Coming.
The second passage we want to look at is Micah 4:3: “And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off…” Did Jesus do that the first time he was here? No. The verse goes on to say, “…and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.” Has there been a cessation of war since Jesus left? I’m afraid not. Some might say, ‘well then, the Messiah did not fulfill the prophecy.’ That is exactly what I am saying. If he didn’t fulfill it the first time, He must come again to fulfill it because the credibility of God is at stake.
In closing, let’s consider what God wants you and I to do in light of His Second Coming.
God wants us to warn those around us that they need to be prepared to face God. All of those who reject Christ will face God at the Great White Throne Judgment. Tim Lahaye writes the following in part 2 of this subject:
If we repent and confess Christ now, we will be excluded from the Great White Throne Judgment and have our names written in the “Book of Life of the Lamb.” This guarantees our names will remain in the “Book of Life,” a separate book from which everyone’s name is blotted out if he or she dies without a saving relationship with Christ. According to Revelation 20.15, after a final check in this Book of Life, anyone whose name is missing is cast into the lake of fire.
The greatness of this throne is not in the size of it, nor is it in the number of the multitude who stand convicted before it, but in the greatness of the Judge Who presides over it, the Lord Jesus Christ. The white color is representative of His holiness and purity and of how fitting it is He should judge mankind. John 5:27-29 says that God “hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.” He is the eternal Word come to give life, a life free from the power and wages of sin. Those who refuse the free gift wrought by the Lamb of God will find it is truly “a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”
The Great White throne Judgment is not for Christians. It is only for those who refuse to accept Jesus Christ in this earthly life. To avoid this judgment, all one must do is repent and believe in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and invite Him to become your Lord and Savior.

CLOSING PRAYER
…….
Now, if you are listening to this broadcast and you do not know Jesus Christ as your saviour, God wants you to accept Jesus Christ before He returns. The Bible says in Romans 10:9 and 13: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Friend of mine, if you are willing to trust Christ as your Savior today, please pray with me the following prayer: Heavenly Father, I realize that I am a sinner. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please forgive me of my sins. I now believe with all of my heart that Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life. Amen.
Remember the words of the Lord in Matthew 24:42: “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.”
Matthew 24:44 says, “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.”
Keep looking up for your redemption draweth nigh. Let us join in the prayer of John the Revelator — “Even so, come, Lord Jesus.” God bless you.
