Breaking Prophecy News; Will Every Jew be Saved During the Tribulation? (#106)

Welcome to The Prophet Daniel’s Report. This is Daniel Whyte III here to remind you that Jesus Christ is coming back soon and that you need to be prepared. This broadcast is not about predictions, however it is all about preparation.

First, today, let’s look at some Signs of His Coming in the news.

The disciples asked Jesus in Matthew 24:3, “What shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?” Jesus Christ then went on to give them (and us) clear signs that show us when we can begin to expect to see the coming of the Lord and the end of the world. Looking at world events through the lens of the Word of God, let’s look at some headlines from today’s news that point to the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Another deadly earthquake shakes northern Italy. According to Reuters, an earthquake killed at least 15 people in northern Italy on Tuesday, damaging buildings and spreading fear among thousands of residents living in tents after a similarly strong tremor in the same region flattened their homes nine days ago. Officials said 200 people had been injured and seven were missing, trapped under the rubble of houses and warehouses in the E-mil-ia-Ro-mag-na region, where several building sites had just reopened after the previous quake on May 20. The Italian government said 15 people were confirmed dead, more than twice the number killed in the May 20 quake that, like Tuesday’s, had its epicenter near the city of Modena. The number of those forced to leave their homes doubled to 14,000.

African leaders call for a one-world government. According to AllAfrica.com, speakers at a public symposium have urged world leaders to evolve new ways of pursuing the collective destiny of humanity by the creation of a one world government. Johnson Ikube, CEO of JI Global Solutions, argued that a one-world government is possible in that the majority of people believe that the universe is one large system under one governance and citing the inspirations that led to the establishment of the United Nations. He said, “This vehicle is already here with us. Its operational modalities can be improved for better deployment and for the formation of regional integration structures such as the European Union, African Union, and the Americas.” Other leaders who spoke at the event include: Dr. Kenneth Idiodi, the Administrator and Director of AMORC; Mr. Ek-a-nem Kofi-Ek-a-nem, professor at the Wahua University of Science and Technology; M.Y. Na-bo-fa, professor at the Niger Delta University; and John Idiodi, professor at the University of Benin.

American military official says U.S. commandos have secretly entered N. Korea. According to the AFP, a US officer has said that US and South Korean special forces have been parachuting into North Korea to gather intelligence about underground military installations. Army Brigadier General Neil Tolley, commander of US special forces in South Korea, told a conference held in Florida last week that Pyongyang had built thousands of tunnels since the Korean war. He said, “The entire tunnel infrastructure is hidden from our satellites. So we send (South Korean) soldiers and US soldiers to the North to do special reconnaissance.” Despite this report, the U.S. military has vehemently denied that special forces have parachuted into North Korea on intelligence-gathering missions and says a source had been misquoted.

Now, it’s time for Prophecy Bootcamp.

Prophecy Bootcamp is where we deal with the basics of prophecy and what will happen in the future according to the Bible. Our aim here is not to make predictions but to help you get prepared by understanding how things will unfold in the end times.

Our topic for today is titled “Will Every Jew be Saved During the Tribulation?” from John MacArthur’s book “The Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.” MacArthur writes the following on this subject:

People always ask me what Paul means in Romans 11:26 where he says, “…all Israel shall be saved.” Does that mean that every single Jew alive in the world during the Tribulation is going to be saved? No. Not every single one.

Let’s look at Ezekiel 20:33-35: “As I live, saith the Lord God, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you [Israel]: And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out. And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.” God is going to gather Israel during the Tribulation for judgment. Verse 37 continues: “And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant: And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me…”

No, not all Jews during the Tribulation are going to be saved, but the nation will be freed from persecution. When it says, “So all Israel shall be saved,” it implies that all persecution will stop. It also means that as a nation they will be saved — but there will be rebels who will be purged out.

In closing, let’s consider what God wants you and I to do in light of His Second Coming.

God wants us to be active and engaged in spiritual warfare in the last days. In light of that, please listen to what Dr. David Jeremiah writes in his book titled “I Never Thought I’d See the Day”. The title of this section is “When Christians Wouldn’t Know They Were in a War (Part 15) — Ignorance of the Spiritual Realm Continued”.

We can see the persistence of Satan’s attacks throughout the course of biblical history. The most pointed evidence of Satan’s activity was in his efforts to keep the Savior of the world from being born in Bethlehem and carrying out His mission on earth. He has tried everything he could to thwart God’s step-by-step plan to bring this to fruition. Satan tried to keep the Hebrews enslaved in Egypt and to keep them from entering the Promised Land. He tempted them to worship false gods, causing God to send them into exile. He tried to disrupt the rebuilding of the temple and the wall around Jerusalem when the remnant returned from Babylon. He tried to kill the infant Jesus by destroying all the baby boys of Bethlehem. He tried to keep Jesus from completely obeying the Father during the forty days in the wilderness. He tried to destroy Jesus at the hands of His opponents, and prompted Judas to betray Jesus into the hands of men who would execute Him under the false charges of blasphemy and sedition.

The one thing Satan could not prevent was the resurrection of Christ from the grave. But even after that, he tried to use Saul of Tarsus to disrupt the growth of the early Church and keep it from spreading the message of the resurrected Christ. (In a beautiful bit of irony, Christ called that same Saul to be His chief evangelist to the Gentile world.) Satan never gave up in opposing the will and work of God, and he has not given up today. Every person who confesses Jesus Christ as Lord is a threat to Satan and therefore a target for his attacks.

CLOSING PRAYER
…….

Now, if you are listening to this broadcast and you do not know Jesus Christ as your saviour, God wants you to accept Jesus Christ before He returns. The Bible says in Romans 10:9 and 13: “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved…. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Friend of mine, if you are willing to trust Christ as your Savior today, please pray with me the following prayer: Heavenly Father, I realize that I am a sinner. For Jesus Christ’s sake, please forgive me of my sins. I now believe with all of my heart that Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again. Lord Jesus, please come into my heart and save my soul and change my life. Amen.

Remember the words of the Lord in Matthew 24:42: “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.”

Matthew 24:44 says, “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.”

Keep looking up for your redemption draweth nigh. Let us join in the prayer of John the Revelator — “Even so, come, Lord Jesus.” God bless you.
